"Pretty cheap feeling, honestly"
I wasn’t happy with this. It felt cheap right out of the box, and it broke way sooner than I expected. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Sizing is far off"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit like it was maybe 1-2 sizes smaller. It felt weird in a few spots and was way too tight overall. I’d definitely size up if you’re thinking about getting it...

"Not the help I was expecting"
I expected customer service to be a lot more helpful, but it took forever to get a reply and when they finally did respond, they didn’t really answer my question. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off instead of actually helping. Disappointing.

"Decent prices, but nothing I’d go out of my way for"
The prices were okay and the value was fair, but i expected a little more. Some of it felt kind of unnecessary, and overall it just didn’t really stand out to me.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered from zousz.com the delivery was frustrating from the start. The date kept getting pushed back, the tracking sat there for days with barely any updates, and then out of nowhere it just said delayed with no real explanation.
I had to contact them twice just to get a basic answer, which got old fast. By the time the package finally showed up, it was way too late to be useful, so I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"and yeah, shipping was kinda slow"
it took a little longer to show up than I expected, but everything arrived in good shape, so it was fine overall.

"Return was easy and I didn’t feel stuck"
I had to send back a pair because the sizing was off, and I was worried I’d feel trapped with something that didn’t fit. But the return form was really simple, and the refund showed up on my card within a few days. I didn’t have to chase anyone down, which was a huge relief. I’d definitely order again.

"The site felt a bit messy to me"
I don’t want to be too harsh, but the website felt cluttered when I used it. The colors and layout seemed a little outdated, and I had to spend more time than I expected just trying to find basic things. Maybe it works fine for others, but for me it wasn’t the easiest or most comfortable experience.

"Order was mostly right, but the attitude was off"
My order was mostly correct, but one item was wrong. That part wasn’t a huge deal, but when I mentioned it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of just helped. Overall it was okay, but the interaction definitely left a bad impression.
